4. SMS & CASL Compliance

You consent to receive SMS messages from Flowpoint7 only by actively checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at flowpoint7.com/contact. Consent is not implied by form submission alone and is not a condition of purchase. The following terms apply to all SMS communications:

• Message types: You will receive SMS messages from Flowpoint7 including appointment confirmations, follow-ups on your enquiry, and business information related to our services.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Upon opting out, we will remove your number immediately and send no further messages.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive periodic follow-ups and updates.
• Standard rates may apply: Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply. Flowpoint7 does not charge for SMS messages.

• Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from Flowpoint7.
• No sharing: We do not sell individual SMS opt-in data to third parties. Business contact information collected through our outreach activities may be shared with or sold to trusted third party commercial partners. See Section 7 for full details.

7.3 This applies to business contact information only. Consumer personal data is never sold or shared.

7.4 All data collection complies with PIPEDA (Canada) and UK GDPR under Legitimate Interest basis.

7.6 Flowpoint7 Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. ICO registration number: ZC258268.

7.7 Flowpoint7 Ltd is registered with Canada's National Do Not Call List (DNCL) operator (Registration Access Number 3539606982) and maintains an internal do-not-call list. All telephone outreach follows the CRTC Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules.

9. Data Retention

We retain business contact data for a maximum of 24 months from date of collection. After this period data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Clients who request deletion will have their data removed within 30 days of request.
